ISB launches two online courses on iGOT under the Mission Karamyogi Initiative
The course aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of public policies with the goal of improving its outcomes for citizens

Hyderabad: Bharti Institute of Public Policy(BIPP) at the Indian School of Business (ISB) in association with the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) launched two online courses on the Integrated Government Online Training platform (iGOT) under the Mission Karmayogi initiative. The two online courses launched are evidence in public policy and insights from data for policy authored by Professor Ashwini Chhatre and are aimed at strengthening the expertise in public policy of senior government functionaries.
Professor Ashwini Chhatre, Executive Director, Bharti Institute of Public Policy, ISB said, “These courses intend to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of public policies with the goal of improving its outcomes for citizens.”
The course was launched by Hemang Jani, Secretary, Capacity Building Commission, Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India along with Himansu Pandey, Program Manager, CBC in the presence of Professor Ashwini Chhatre, Executive Director, Bharti Institute of Public Policy, ISB.
Speaking at the launch, Hemang Jani, Secretary, Capacity Building Commission, Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India, said, “We are pleased to launch these two courses on public policy in collaboration with the Bharti Institute of Public Policy as the understanding of Data and Evidence is essential for policymakers. I am sure these courses will be beneficial for all policy practitioners.”
In the future, Bharti Institute of Public Policy, ISB, also plans to launch public policy courses of both long and short durations mapping various competencies to provide an in-depth understanding of the vast public policy domain to government officials through the iGOT platform.
